AKHIM LLC respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe your copyright has been infringed on this website, you may send us a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Reporting infringement
To file a notice of claimed infringement, send a written communication to our designated agent (below) that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, the URL);
- Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
Counter-notification
If material you posted was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send our agent a counter-notification that includes: your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, for any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, AKHIM LLC will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
