Thirty days. No questions, no form, no “may we ask why.” Reply to your receipt email or write to hello@thetaxcut.com and it is done.
The policy
If you purchased The Tax Cut Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. This is a voluntary policy we offer on top of any rights you have under applicable law.
How to get one
Send us the email address you bought with — either by replying to your receipt or by writing to hello@thetaxcut.com with the subject line “Refund.” That is the whole process. Refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method. It typically takes five to ten business days to appear on a card or bank statement, which is your bank’s timing rather than ours.
Why it is unconditional
This product’s entire argument is that people are handed numbers they cannot check and then charged for the consequences. Refusing a refund on a $29 tool would sit badly with that. If the tool did not tell you something you did not already know, it did not earn the money.
After a refund
Pro is removed from your account and the paid features stop working. Your account itself remains, and every channel and every sourced fee stays available to you permanently, exactly as it is to everyone else — the free tier is the whole database.
Digital product notice
The Tax Cut Pro is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. The 30-day refund above applies regardless of that immediate delivery. Because access is granted instantly, we ask that any refund request come within the 30-day window.
Chargebacks
Please ask us for a refund before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refunded amount and takes considerably longer for you. There is no scenario in which asking us directly gets you a worse outcome. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of the associated account.
